We have a 7-day return policy, this means you have up to 7 days to request a refund/return after your purchase.
To be able to do this, your item/s must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. Unused and with all tags in their original packaging.
If you would like a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we accept your return, we will send you an email of who to send it to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, received the wrong item or unuseable, this is so that we can ievaluate this issue with yourself and make it right.
Exceptions / non refundable items
Some items we send out can NOT be returned, such as; food or custom products (personalised). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about any of your items.
In order to make an exchange, you must email us why you are sending your item back, once your return is accepted you can then go onto making a separate purchase.
Once we have received your return item to us, we will check the item over and make sure is your item is approved of a refund or not. if approved, you will automatically be refunded from your original purchase method made. Please remember that refunds can take some time depending on your bank or credit/debit card company.
